Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns reported after the 7-day period will not be accepted. For refunds, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and refunds will only be issued for the returned product's value.
